Apollo Crew (San Diego)

Hey everyone, Justin here on the Apollo.

We're just getting back from a two-day trip, and the fishing was very good. We started at the bank and picked up some yellowtail and a little rockfish, then made our way back into the hot spot and did well on the bluefin.

We landed a few fish on the kite, including some 150-plus-pounders. After the sun went down, the bluefin started biting the jigs. With only 10 anglers on this trip, we ended up with 26 bluefin total—all quality fish. Many were over 100 pounds, and several topped 150 pounds.

The fishing is excellent right now, and having just 10 guys on board made for a fantastic experience.

We have a 2.5-day trip departing Tuesday and can take at least 12 anglers on that one. We'll be heading back out with another small group. We also have a few spots remaining for our Friday night departure, which is another two-day trip. Currently, six spots are still available.

If you'd like to take advantage of the great fishing happening right now, come join us. Give us a call or check us out online at apollocharters.com.

We hope to see you on board. Thanks very much, and we'll see you soon
